There’s no such thing as fashionably late, which is why we we use a signed-for delivery service for all our items. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at home or a work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. Toomey & Koko is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels during transit.
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce, and are sent to you by signed-for delivery.
UK orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch.
UK Standard Delivery - £3.99 or FREE OVER £150 (3-5 working days)
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95 (Orders must be placed before 3.30pm GMT Monday-Friday). Orders placed on a Friday before 3.30pm will arrive Monday.
Yes, we do deliver internationally. All our international deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx, DPD and TNT, and we use a signed-for delivery service for all our items. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
European and International orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes that may be incurred when shipping to your destination.
At Toomey & Koko we try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
