Exchanging or returning items couldn’t be easier. Here's how.

We accept returns or exchanges on items in their original unused condition within 28 days of receiving the item. Make sure you send your returns back to us in time as we're unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt. Anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you. 

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached. Items must be in a resalable condition. We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Toomey & Koko. We do suggest using a tracked delivery service to make sure your return gets back to us safely. 


How do I return an item?

2. You will receive a Return Authorisation form and details on how to make your return. Returns will not be approved without the Return Authorisation form.

Processing Times

Once we have your item we still have to do some checks before we can issue a refund. Once checked, you will either receive your new item, a credit note, or refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We'll send you an email once your return is processed, this is usually within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. Credit notes take up to 10 business days for us to process.
